Dear Eva. Thank you for showing us the true plight of what is going on in Syria. I have read around material from good journalists like your self such as Robert Fisk and Patrick Cockburn. I agree entirely with the conclusions being brought forward in that though the Assad regime is brutal but toppling him would be a complete and utter disaster as we have seen in Iraq and Libya were the west continues its reckless foreign policy of regime change for its own selfish ends. The so call ‘Free Syrian Army’ are and based on the evidence presented terrorists and getting rid of Assad will be nothing more than an invite for these groups to take over. I agree in that it is up to the Syrians to decide their own fate and I pray for the end of the ‘conflict’ that has ravaged the country since 2013 but western media have not been objected in their reporting of the facts and it is people like your self and the above mentioned that enlighten us to what is really happening. I pray for your safety when you do return to Syria and look forward to reading your articles in the future.
